Village with the most Vocations |
The
Village with the most Vocations:
This film tries to understand how so
many vocations came from the parish of Doon,
Co. Limerick. There are interviews with the
parish priest, nuns, and the children in the
convent school. In 1962, there were 117 nuns
alive who were born in Doon.
Sick Calls:
This short film describes the rites and rituals
involved in administering the Sacrament of
Extreme Unction to people. It shows what preparations
should be made for the reception of this sacrament.
Stamps: This short film answers the
question: What happened to those stamps we
saved for the missions?
Lourdes:
A little girl from the heart of Dublin tells,
very much in her own words, the story of the
patroness of her own parish, Our Lady of Lourdes. |
